Shipping and Handling
Standard Shipping: WSSIC CD and DVD orders are generally shipped within 5 business days of receipt. There is no additional cost for standard shipping within the US, and sent via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 business days from the day we ship.
Express Shipping: We offer express shipping for an additional $25. Express orders are sent out the next business day via USPS Express Mail, and will typically arrive two business days after you place your order. Overnight delivery of products is not guaranteed.
International Shipping: We offer flat-rate international shipping at the rate of $25 USD. International orders will be shipped via US Postal Service via International Express. Generally, international orders will arrive within two weeks, though occasionally international shipping can take longer.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and service. Therefore, your order is processed as quickly as possible because timely delivery is important to us. Our dedication to speedy delivery means we may not be able to stop or delay a shipment. This means that if you decide to cancel your order at anytime following your initial order placement, the following policy regarding the return of your product will apply. If you wish to return a product for a credit or a refund, we will accept your return under the following conditions:
- It is within 14 days of the time you received your order.
- The package is 100% unopened and undamaged.

- The Reason for your return
We will then review your information and contact you with the product return instructions. Once we receive the product and confirm that the above conditions have been met, we will email you the timeframe for which you should expect to receive your credit or refund. Please note: Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from all credits or refunds given.
Important Note: If you purchased your product via a credit card, your refund may take up to two (2) credit card billing cycles to post. Unfortunately, even though we issue the refund in a timely manner, we cannot control when your credit card company passes the refund back to you.
