Boston, rich in history, was the site for yet more solutions in commerce. Like so many who are versed in their history, the attendees to the seminar were exposed to new direction for their future. The whole question in Boston that caused the famous Tea Party was over admiralty jurisdiction. And we have come full circle, having never effectively resolved the question.
